Social Welfare Institutions Team
A little over 1000 individuals work at the Social Welfare Institutions, this figure includes volunteers and support services workers. Almost half of SWI staff has university degrees, others have technical and vocational education and a smaller percentage are high school graduates.
The main specialties are:
psychology, sociology, social work, early childhood education and special education.
Training and continuous education are core to the work of SWI, providing development opportunities to staff and regular exposure to updates in their fields of specialization.
