	Implementing humanitarian actions and executing programs to the benefit of the community.
	Helping people and assisting the most disadvantaged to become more capable, to attend to the needs of their families and their environment.
	Solving problems of familyless children, and finding families to foster them.
	Providing appropriate care to the orphans, the needy, the homeless and the handicapped, thus, enhancing their abilities.
