The Arabs are a philanthropic nation

	The SWI, aware of the need for coordination and cooperation among the Arab NGO's, have initiated the convening of the Arab Philanthropy Conference to be held every two years.
	The SWI are an active member of the Arab Federation of organisms working for the deaf & hard at hearing.
	The SWI are part of the Arab NGO's network, and work closely with the Arab Board for Children.
	The SWI have a long-standing professional relationship with the Federation for Social Work.

Thanks to the support and trust of the community, the SWI were ranked number one among similar institutions operating in Lebanon and the Arab countries. They have become an example for human resources development, promotion and modernization. Seminars are organized to promote managerial skills and improve staff performance with the cooperation of Arab and international ad hoc commissions. They are efficiently active in social governmental and nongovernmental councils in Lebanon.
